Nokia’s Top Model N900 Out For Delivery Now

The world’s top most brand for the top class model phones, Nokia, has started delivering its new top-of-the-range model N900 on the market on Tuesday. This top-class product claims to give more competition to the company’s rivals, the Blackberry and the iPhone.
The Chief Executive Officer of Nokia Mr.Pekka Kallasvuo at Helsinki, said in his speech on Tuesday, that the company has started the deliveries Educational Technology Tools of the phone as promised. The official launch of N900 was already made in August with the deliveries to be made by November.
The N900 model is the Nokia’s first phone that runs Linus Maemo 5 operating system, which according to the trade analysts, can act as a key component for Nokia in gaining the background in the future. The phone features a TFT resistive touchscreen with 16M colors with good pixel resolution, proximity sensor for auto turn-off, accelerometer sensor Information Technology Pdf for auto-rotate and stereo speakers at a competitive price of about 540 EUR. The model seems to be the attention stealer as it also possesses other important features like huge storage capacity, class 32 GPRS, class 32 EDGE technology, with all advanced functions, Carl Zeiss optics in its 5 MP camera with geo-tagging, with strong CPU memory.
Nokia has always maintained its overall market share near to 40 percent, but somehow it has lost share in competition with RIM and Apple in the area of more expensive models. The high-end products are definitely important for Nokia for it has not only lost market share in that department, but the company’s average selling prices have steeply fallen down than the industry average.
It is expected that the Nokia’s value share (a measure that reflects average prices of the product and underlying market share) would decline to 13 percent this year from 33 percent exactly two years before, for the phones that are costing more than $350.
